Learning guitar gives children more than the ability to make music. Through patient, consistent instruction, students build confidence, focus and discipline while experiencing the satisfaction of learning something new.
At The Learning Guitar, each child is encouraged to progress at their own pace in a positive, supportive environment.
A Different Approach to Learning Music
Children can develop musical ability much like they naturally learn to speak their first language.
Through listening, repetition, encouragement and consistent practice, Suzuki students gradually develop their musical skills in a positive, nurturing environment.
Parents also play an important role, particularly with younger students, by supporting listening and practice at home. Many homeschool families have chosen The Learning Guitar studio to enrich their child's curriculum.
Meet Tony Holly
With more than 20 years of teaching experience, Tony Holly brings both professional musical training and a patient, encouraging approach to every lesson.
Tony holds a B.A. in Music/Guitar Performance and is a Registered Suzuki Guitar Instructor.
His goal is to help each child develop strong musical skills, confidence, and a genuine enjoyment of playing guitar.

Individual instruction is tailored to your child's age, experience and progress. Weekly lessons provide the consistency children need to develop their skills while learning in a comfortable, encouraging environment.
